Product Introduction

Sleeve Anchor, Flat Head

Material

Carbon steel / Stainless steel

Description

The sleeve anchor, flat head is a type of fastening fixture specifically designed for securing to materials such as concrete, brick walls, or stone panels. Its main feature is the flat head design of the bolt, which allows it to sit flush with the surface, making it ideal for applications where a smooth installation surface or aesthetic appearance is required.

Features

The Sleeve Anchor Flat Head offers excellent holding strength, durability, and a smooth, flush finish, making it ideal for applications that require both strong fastening and a clean appearance. It is commonly used in construction structures, renovation projects, and outdoor equipment installations.

  • Flat Head Design: The flat head ensures a smooth, flush finish with the surface after installation, making it suitable for applications where a neat appearance or the avoidance of protruding parts is required.
  • Strong Holding Power: Once installed, the sleeve expands tightly against the base material, providing stable and secure fastening—suitable for medium to heavy loads.
  • Versatile Application: Can be used on various substrates such as concrete, brick, and stone, offering excellent adaptability.
  • Easy Installation: Simple to install—just insert the anchor into a pre-drilled hole and tighten the nut with a screwdriver. The sleeve will expand and anchor securely in place.

Applications

  • Used for securing steel structures, brackets, and window frames—ideal for applications where a smooth surface is required and the anchor should not protrude.
  • Suitable for fastening indoor and outdoor installations, cabinets, and decorative structures. The flat head design makes it especially suitable for interior applications where a clean and pure look is desired.

Installation Guidelines

  1. Drill a hole into the base material to the depth of at least 1/2" deeper than anchor length.
  2. Blow it clean using compressed air.
  3. Drive anchor through the fixture into the hole making sure the head, rests solidly against the fixture. Be sure the anchor is set to the required embedment depth.
