Description
The Single Expansion Shield is a corrosion-resistant expansion anchor designed for use in concrete and brick walls, offering excellent tensile strength.
Its internal threads allow screws to be directly fastened, and once installed, it sits flush with the surface, providing a secure and aesthetically pleasing anchoring solution.
Features
It is mainly suitable for wall surfaces such as concrete and solid brick, which provide sufficient support for the anchor to expand properly and hold firmly during installation.

Applications

Installation Guidelines
- Drill a hole into the base material to the depth of at least 1/2" deeper than anchor length.
- Clean the hole using compressed air
- Insert anchor into the hole, threaded cone end first until the sleeve is flush with the surfaceof the base material.
- Position fixture and insert machine screw through fixture into shield and tighten.
