Product Introduction
Hammer Drive Anchor
Material
Zamac Alloy with Carbon or Stainless Steel Nail.
Description
The Hammer Drive Anchor is an easy-to-use expansion fastener designed for quick and convenient installation.
It is primarily made from zinc alloy, offering excellent corrosion resistance and structural integrity.
Because its drive-in design simplifies installation—just insert the anchor into a pre-drilled hole and strike the pin with a hammer—this type of anchor is also called a "nail in anchor" or "hammer in anchor". Once driven, the anchor expands automatically, securing it firmly within the wall.
Features
The Hammer Drive Anchor is a commonly used fastener for substrates such as concrete, brick walls, and other solid materials. It offers the following features:
- Quick Installation: Simply drive hammer anchor in with a hammer.
- Strong Hold: The drive pin expands the hammer anchor body upon impact, delivering a secure and stable grip.
- Wide Application: Suitable for concrete, solid brick, stone, and other hard base materials.
- Durable & Corrosion-Resistant: Made of zinc alloy, offering excellent resistance to rust.
Applications
- Interior and exterior renovation projects
- Electrical and plumbing conduit fastening
- Installation of door frames, wooden battens, and cable ducts
- Mounting of light fixtures, shelves, and other medium-to-lightweight structures
Installation Guidelines
- Using the proper diameter bit, drill a hole into the base material to a depth of at least 1/4" (6mm) deeper than the anchor length.
- Blow the hole clean of dust and other material..
- Insert the anchor through the fixture.
- Drive the nail into the anchor body to expand it.
*This anchor is not recommended for use overhead.
